Package
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Requirement : Applicants must be under 40 years old.
- Language Skills : Good English proficiency and A1.3 CEFR Finnish Language Certificate needed.
- Education : Minimum Grade 12 pass required.
Agency Contract
Successful candidates sign an agency contract after selection and pay the first installment. The contract depends on completing the Finnish language course and obtaining a residency permit. Once accepted, candidates proceed to language training.
Finnish Language Training
Enroll in the company-provided A1.3 CEFR Finnish language course and attend intensive training for 3 months to achieve the required proficiency level. Upon completion, take the A1.3 CEFR Finnish language exam to demonstrate your skills.
Interview and Selection
Enroll in the company-provided A1.3 CEFR Finnish language course and participate in a 3-month intensive training program to build the required proficiency. Conclude the process by taking the final A1.3 CEFR Finnish language exam to showcase your language skills.
